The staff there was super friendly and helpful. There was technical issues but they helped out greatly.
The Labor Day sale was great! Dennis was a very helpful sales associate—he helped me find the perfect mattress and even helped load it in my car.
Purchased a mattress today from Mattress Firm in Hybla Valley. Jerald was fantastic. He was able to figure out the mattress that was best for us and asked us questions we never considered. It was a smooth and easy process and I would highly recommend both Mattress Firm and Jerald!
Not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by a polite, knowledgeable salesperson, Rich. He asked a few questions and proceeded to find the perfect mattress. Before entering the store, I wasn’t looking forward to shopping for a new mattress. With his expertise, Rich made all the difference. What a store!
