Cannot say enough about Gary on cape cod in Hyannis! He was so helpful and explained everything about what I needed? My mattress that I purchased in March was sagging in middle! Gary explained that it may be my box spring which I did not purchase at Mattress Firm! Gary further explained my issues and could get a refund if needed. After looking at the website, I decided to go to the store as I like to see and try products, especially the bed. Alan was extremely helpful working to find the bed I needed based on my needs and budget.
Bill Collin’s helped us when we were shopping for a mattress in Hyannis. He did a great job showing us everything we needed to see.
