The lady at Mattress Firm, Brianna , was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and understood my wife and my needs. She answered all our questions and answered some questions we didn't even think about. She was instrumental in helping pick out the best mattress for us and explained the payment options available. I would definitely tell anyone looking for a mattress to go to Mattress Firm in Hickory and talk to Brianna, she will not steer you wrong.

My husband and I went in this past Sunday looking for a new mattress. His poor back has been hurting him terribly. We have never bought a mattress before and I feel like we were definitely spoiled with the customer service we received. Bri (Brianna) assisted us and she was super informative and listened to the issues my husband described with the discomfort he was having during his sleep. We will definitely recommend you all to anyone needing a new mattress! You guys were awesome and humble.
