Absolutely fantastic experience! We have bought multiple beds from Sheena who originally worked at the Smithtown location but is new to this store and every experience is even better than the last. She is a different type of salesperson who really cares and becomes like family by the end of your purchase. This time we were doing a warranty swap out and she was incredibly helpful as usual and got our deal done and shipped as soon as possible. Wonderful in store experience as usual
