The shopping experience was great. The problem has come when we needed to have our couch repaired (still under warranty). We paid over 2 thousand for the couch. We have been trying since June 26 to get this couch motors repaired. Today's date is July 22nd. I was always told the motors would be shipped in 2 to 3 business days.
