Wonderful experience. Alex was extremely knowledgeable at every step of the process. Update 06/01/2026 - have had nothing but problems with the gift card I received. I read online no pin needed to use as a credit. It would not accept at Harris Teeter running as a credit. It did not accept at Lowe’s Hardware running as a credit. Then I went online & setup a PIN. Stopped by the store today to try out some mattresses. Had the good fortune to work with Blake. He listened and directed me to mattresses he thought would work for me. Very knowledgeable!! Before days end, I made a purchase.

Staff was very knowledgeable and patient.
Jake was very helpful and provided good advice. He showed us the nectar we came in to look at. He also showed us the tempura pedic which had all the bells and whistles. We discussed the internet offer for the nectar which we had seen. He was able to match that offer. We expect delivery on Monday.
