It’s been at least 20yrs since I’ve purchased a mattress. Didn’t know where to begin but Mattress Firm was the closet to me. The salesman Trevor was excellent and extremely patient. He was very through in helping me pick out not just a mattress but one that suited me and that I would be happy with. When I say patience, it took me 2 days. I’m was very pleased with my experience and happy to write a review!!!!
Professional and friendly. No pressure to buy extras and that was greatly appreciated. Our salesman had 20 years of experience in beds/mattresses and knew his product. We were sticker-shocked having come from a nearby store and ended up paying 1/2 of the quoted price from the other store - granted different brands, but not that much difference in quality and products. James was very nice and informative. He gave great advice and even shared his own experiences which was appreciated. Clean and cozy store as well.
We’re looking for an extra firm mattress and stopped by this location. Ed was our salesman who greeted us and helped us purchased the right one. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was also reasonable.
