Great Customer Service by Derek!
Went in to mattress firm and me and my wife was treated awesome with the customer service representative name Derek Graybill He made us feel valued and appreciated and wanted in his store. I recommend this location for great customer service from Derek.
We were in need of a new mattress and Jordon was a joy to work with. Helpful, friendly, excellent customer service that is lacking in so many areas today. Give this boy a raise and a promotion! This location is on the opposite side of the city from where we live (we happened to be visiting Hobby Lobby when we decided to go in to Mattress Firm) but I would drive the 45 minutes one way to buy from this location again because of Jordon.
I went in to check out some mattresses and i was helped by Jordon. He was awesome, vert knowledgeable and super friendly.
