The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly! They were not overly pushy salespeople like you find at some stores. We told her we were there for cooling pillows and she told us about all their options and let us try out pillows for half an hour while the occasionally checking in on us. She answered our questions well and we ended up purchasing a cooling pillow bundle!

April was fabulous! I had gone to Mattress Firm at a different location (there’s literally one every corner) and didn’t have near the experience I had with her. She wasn’t “pushy”, allowed me to take as much time as I needed and also got me exactly what I wanted! I’m super excited to try out my Serta i500 series on an adjustable base! GO SEE HER! You will not be disappointed 😉

Best experience I have had shopping for a big purchase. No pushy sales. April was able to help me get exactly what I needed for a great price. Would highly recommend! Sleeping great.

I picked up a new mattress there about 3 weeks ago at the Mattress Firm at the Palladium in High Point. April was able to fit me up with the perfect mattress....I had no idea there were so many different levels of comfortability. April's knowledge turns out was crucial for getting me fitted correctly... I've waited a few weeks to review as I wanted to see how I felt when I woke up after a bit of time. No question I bought the correct one. See April.... you won't regret it.
