Briana was in the store when I arrived for our appointment. She was very gracious, helpful in deciding on the correct mattress to meet my needs, and made the paperwork easy. I have not yet had my mattress delivered but I the purchasing process was very pleasant.
Excellent customer service. Went in the store. Spoke to the sales person. She was super nice. Told her what I was looking for. Said they didn’t have it in stock at the store. Told her a price range. And she pointed the best bang for my buck. Didn’t try to upsell me on something more expensive.
Very nice and helpful and patient staff.
