I went into Mattress Firm on a reconnaissance mission with no intention of buying anything today. However, Sabrina's personable nature, her knowledge of her merchandise and willingness to answer my plethora of questions, along with her no pressure approach while I played Goldilocks looking for the bed that was "just right" convinced me that I need look no further. I found the perfect bed that meets my needs and am so looking forward to its arrival.
My salesperson was Brianna and attentive to my request, answered all my questions, and made suggestions only when needed. She made sure I understood pricing and delivery expectations. We worked together via the phone, but I am very happy with the service and my new mattresses.
Brianna was very nice and friendly. Helped me and my husband to pick out a mattress. Highly recommend.
Alan, was an excellent salesman. He answered all of our questions. He explained the differences between all of the mattresses. We were very happy with him.p
