I visited the Mattress Firm in Henderson, NC and the Manager/Sales Rep, Randy was Amazing!! My husband and I were redeeming a warranty claim and Randy was very attentive to our needs and giving us updated information because our previous mattress was discontinued so Randy took the time to show us and explain everything! We were able to choose a Mattress that would suit our needs! I worked with Randy. He was very helpful and friendly. I was very unsure about which mattress I thought would work best for me. He allowed me to ask all kinds of questions and answered with professionalism. Randy didn’t rush me or pressure me. I also had a budget to follow and he was very helpful. Thank you very much Randy.
