Great customer service from Jackson and Victoria !
Drove from Cary to meet my husband and daughter at the Henderson, NC location to purchase a mattress and they were closed when I arrived at 5:30pm. And when I called the next morning, I was told they may not have even opened yesterday but they'll be open until 6pm tonight. Hours online and on their voicemail say they're open until 9pm. I guess they keep the hours they want to keep and don't care if they sell anything. Nice! Complete waste of time and gas. I'll go somewhere else.
Steve was a tremendous help. Had an issue that our local Mattress Firm in California refused to help us with. Steve reached out from Reddit and was able to solve our problem in less than an hour.
