My experience with Mattress firm was very pleasing. I had been shown several mattresses with in my price range and was able to make ia decision fairly quickly about what I would purchase. The staff there was very nice friendly ,and professional and was able to make the transaction easy for me. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase I made and the server I was given. At Mattress firm.
Very good service and polite and efficient sales and delivery personnel.
The salesperson was very helpful, he was very nice and helped me stay within the price range I was budgeting for. He answered all my questions and was really patient. Delivery went smoothly, the delivery guys arrived on time, and had my new mattress set up and the old one taken out in just minutes. They were professional, and asked if I had any questions before they left. Overall a great experience and will certainly shop at the Hemet store again when needed
We were completely satisfied with both the sales associate and the delivery people. They were very professional.
