Larry and Alexis were both amazing at the Harlem MattressFirm store. They were knowledgeable and patient -- and at no time did we feel pressured to buy something. They took the time to listen to our needs and their recommendations appear to have resulted in the right mattress. Full disclosure: we had an unfortunate experience at another MattressFirm store - sales associate pushy and did not listen, resulting in the wrong purchase. We almost did not return to the chain, now we are glad we did. Thanks, Alexis and Larry!

Shopping at Mattress Firm in Harlem was simple quick and easy. While the store itself is fairly small, and doesn't have the widest array of choices, the sales people are top notch. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The transaction was smooth and I was out the door in 10 minutes.
