I knew what I needed so called instead of going into the store. The mattress I wanted had a new name but the salesperson found my previous order and matched it under the new serial number and honored the sale. My mattress arrived the next day. This was the third mattress I bought here and it was a great experience as always.

My boyfriend Daniel and I visited Mattress Firm just to browse, not planning to buy, but Laura made the experience so easy and enjoyable that we left with a new bed. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the different mattresses and types. When the bed we originally chose turned out to be unavailable, Laura — even on her day off — went to the other store to double-check availability and then called us to make it right.
