We needed another bed and we visited the Hamburger store. We don’t like the fast sales pitch, but Michelle was very patient and really showed why they call their store staff “sleep experts”. She asked a lot of questions that we initially thought were unnecessary but soon realized why we were having comfort issues with our current bed. She explained the sale, finance options, and helped pick a delivery day that met our schedule. Thank you, Michelle! We look forward to our new bed and a good night’s sleep.
