Joe at Mattress Firm Greenwich knows his stuff, choosing a new mattress can a bit overwhelming. Joe is super professional and friendly, but not at all pushy in any way. He answered all our questions and is knowledgeable about construction and pluses and minuses of each model. Would recommend.
Professional and knowledgeable about their product
After years of buying foam beds online I decided to upgrade. Not knowing what I was getting into, I have to say I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend if anyone is in need of assistance please ask for Joe. He was extremely pleasant to work with and made my decision easy. Great experience!
