I purchased a mattress and box springs from what was Sleepy's in Raleigh, Mattress Firm bought them out and all accounts. The center of my BeautyRest Mattress collapsed. The Box springs was in perfect order, I contacted the claims department for Mattress Firm Via phone they looked into my account and told me there should be no issue with replacing the mattress. I bought a Beautyrest Gladney California King mattress last weekend, and it was just delivered today. The manager offered me a fantastic deal on the mattress, and the box spring, delivery, mattress cover, and frame were free!
Like my mattress but didn't like the way my "sleep guarantee exchange " was handled. Just because it was a holiday weekend Labor Day~~I could not have mine delivered because it was an exchange~~even though I spent $600 more. 5 days for delivery~~delivery people excellent though! I thought maybe after delivery that salesperson/manager would call to make sure I was satisfied especially since he knew I was upset~~but that is the reason I won't purchase from this location again~~but will from one of the other locations!
