She showed me several options for both mattress sets and provided expert advice based on my preferences. The manager, Mona, was also very helpful and attentive to my needs. My shopping experience was over and above my expectations.
So much better than I expected. My history over the years with mattress firm was not so positive with hard sales techniques and hidden pricing. This time we went into a showroom that was so well displayed with a showroom manager that was so real and genuine and did everything she could do to make us happy as well as make a sale. I have a whole new opinion of mattress firm after today.
