6-29-25. Your sales clerk Maria needs to go to customer service training where maybe she can learn to smile and be helpful. Time management training would also be prudent as she let me sit with a damaged pillow swap that took 10 seconds for 45 minutes while she tried to ring up a submarine, I mean bed, purchase for another customer. She was also rude and unhelpful the night before when I first returned to the store with our problems including the price of two pillows that cost $129 each!.
