It took me three days to take the plunge and invest in my Tempurpedic dream bed. While deciding Joe was incredibly kind, helpful , knowledgeable , attentive, and an overall delight to work with. In this age of depersonalized online shopping it was wonderful to get to have human connection and assistance. If you are shopping for a bed go in and ask for Joe, he’ll take great care of you and you’ll be contributing to the success of a fellow human - a win all around. I receive my new bed tomorrow and I am so excited.
I would agree with the other review - Joe (Joseph) is the reason why I bought my Sealy Plush mattress. He’s very patient, friendly and professional! He knew what I want and provided the right suggestion based on my previous mattress and personal preferences. He put himself in the customer’s shoes and suggests whatever works the best for the customer vs as a general sales person. I would absolutely recommend!
