Our sales person was very knowledgeable & was able to answer all of our questions. He never tried to upsell us, although he explained the differences between different options on differing models. It was a very pleasant experience & I think Mattress Firm is privileged to have him for a representative/salesperson.
Moving across the country and needed a new bed. Mattress Firm was first choice. Took a 5 minute drive and Derrick Took Good care of me. Asked me about my preferences and showed me what I would be my options. Sale price and an adjustable base were bonuses. Arrangements for delivery date was done in a snap. Thanks. I grew up here and I like to buy local.
He was exceptional. Made us feel comfortable from the start. He had a great plan for us to try all of the options and we felt no pressure at all.
