Your salesman Bruno greeted me with a smile and answered every question I had with politeness. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew I had problems with my cervical and lumbar spine and recommended a bunch of different things that would help me sleep and pick the best mattress and frame for my needs. He is a great salesman I went to four other stores, including one other mattress firm then went back to Bruno. After receiving the wrong size mattress that was ordered online, I called the Gilroy store for help. I spoke to Adrian who was very polite and sincere even after explaining my sensitive situation. He did everything he could to help me and get me what I needed in the time frame needed. We did have a hiccup when it came to the payment link, but it didn’t stop him from having the best customer service even when I was panicked. Thank you for all your help and patience!
Ana was friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience easy and enjoyable. Store is clean, well stocked and has good prices on mattresses.
