Saleswoman Julie was wonderful. Took her time with me, was very pleasant, and was great at answering all my questions. There was a mess with my delivery time on delivery day. Something got screwed up at the warehouse, so they are getting low grades from me. But Store Manager Pierce was awesome and helped me throughout the day, ensuring that I still got my mattress the day it was promised. The delivery guys themselves were awesome. Very quick, very efficient, and very professional.

I bought a bed in a box from Joanne at the 41 store. She was so kind and helpful! They didn’t have the twin, so I went out to the Immokalee to pick it up. The nice man there put it in my car. I unrolled it the next day, & it was super simple. I would go to this company again because the people working were so nice. We see less and less of this kindness today in our world. I hope they are appreciated by the company!
