I had an excellent experience at the Mattress Firm on 99th Ave & McDowell! Nichole, the manager, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain the differences between mattresses, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect one for my needs. I truly appreciated her honesty and the way she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service — highly recommend this location and Nichole!

I had trouble picking out the right mattress at first, but thanks to Cody he helped me pick out the right one. I ended up getting a Memory Foam Twin XL mattress. I used to have bad aches and pain in my lower back, but thanks to this mattress I’ve felt better and been sleeping better than ever!
