Perfect experience from beginning to delivery! Pleased w our new mattress. Sweet dreams!
Eliza was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything and all to do with mattress selection. She did a great job explaining the differences, working with our budget and answering our questions. Not a pushy sales environment here. Thanks again!
Communication was really good and prompt. Both guys were thorough and efficient. Professionals in their work.
Tim was awesome. No pressure and very knowledgeable
Would highly recommend Adam and team at Mattress Firm off Cox Rd. in Gastonia, NC. They were extremely helpful and “non-salesy”. They both have worked for the company for over a decade and you can see why. They seemed not just knowledgeable but genuine in their approach to help our family and our needs. Definitely will shop with them again for future needs.
