We found a great mattress at Mattress Firm! Quick and friendly service, and reasonable prices. We were able to try lots of mattresses to find the perfect one!
Initially, sounded like the they'd move earth to assist but it seems as soon as a problem occurs, their service drops. I'm told the image below is a 'loose thread' and a 'by product' of the manufacturing process. Baffling to me, but what do I know? I'm not a bed expert. Don't be fooled by their hyperbole over service. It's lacking like most, sadly. Their remedy for this is for me to ship this back at a cost to me.
