Alex guided us really well in explaining all the mattress options based on our requirements. Very transparent in all info provided - would give 5 stars for this. The reason for 2 stars is due to the delivery of mattress - we were told we can get the mattress the next day and we got a call from Mattress Firm pushing our mattress delivery by 3-4 days out as they dint have this in stock - now i have an adjustable bed frame i bought separately sitting without a mattress for next 3-4 days! Overall great experience! We looked online to get an idea of what was available that matched our needs which was very helpful. Carlos was the gentlemen that helped us during our visit. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Carlos helped us find the right mattress type and we were about to find the right mattress within our price range. Thank you Carlos!
