The delivery men were very polite, friendly and professional. They moved swiftly, our new mattress was on the bed and the old mattress was out the door in no time.They asked me check the new mattress for my satisfaction and it was just as I had purchased. The entire experience was great.

Alexis was helpful and knowledgeable. She suggested one model and we chose another so she shared that we could exchange if we weren't satisfied. We've called the main company number at least 5 times and have been unable to reach a person. There was an option to leave a message for a call back, which we did at least 3 times. No call back. Even left comments on social media posts asking how to arrange the exchange and get through to a person. All outreach has been met with silence.
