Alexis was very Friendly, knowledgeable and share a genuine interest in the products that I was looking for. She helped me choose something that I believe is good for me. She explained the return policy – because in this situation, I did Not purchase a mattress that was “on the floor”. She also went over the warranty with me as well. I would shop here again.
The sales people at the store in Bowie MD, Free State Mall were wonderful. Mike greeted us on our first visit checking all types available and on display. Alexis helped us place our order on our second visit. Delivery was in a couple of days. Excellent product and service.
What a wonderful and educational shopping experience. My salesperson, Alexis is the bomb.
