Amy was terrific. We went in to see a specific mattress in her store, and although she didn’t have one in stock in her store, she sent us to another store, very close by, so we could try it out. We loved the mattress and called her the next day to purchase it. We did the whole transaction on line, it was very easy, it’s being delivered to us on the day we requested and she gave us several discounts and perks. We shopped for a mattress and base both online and in a few of the local stores. When we went to Mattress Firm, we met Amy, who was excellent in explaining the differences, advantages, and disadvantages of the various mattresses that they carry.
