I originally ordered three items online, but due to my own mistake, I needed to return two of them and purchase the correct frame for the mattress I was keeping. Michael is absolutely amazing! Super patient, showing us alll the mattress available, letting us try it all and giving his very knowledgable personal insights. He was able to handle me and another lady at the same time who was with him for at least 1hr trying mattresses. Without losing a beautiful smile on his face. The best experience ever, I couldn’t recommend it more. Left with my mattress and 2 amazing pillows.
I just called in less than 5 minutes ago and I spoke to Ash (didn’t know his name at that moment) to pay for my order, or figure out how to pay for my order, he picked up WITHOUT INTRODUCING HIMSELF (already a low level of customer service) but then after I politely asked him “who I have the pleasure of speaking to?” He completely dismissed what I asked and asked me who I was working with.
