Buyer beware. We purchased a mattress and adjusting bed frame, which was quite a splurge for us but seemed important for my back issues. We moved to Denver and in the process, a piece needed for the head part to incline broke. This was in April. It’s October and I am STILL fighting with Serveco, which is the company Mattress Firm is contracted with to do repairs. Looked this company up and the ratings and experiences are horrific, it’s basically a scam. I’ll be reporting both to the Better Business Bureau.
