After leaving the reviews I was contacted by many levels of the chain of command. With research I found out that the sealy plant had a flood and still sold mattresses to mattress firm. With the exception of the 1st person to dismiss our claims many employees reached out to us and fixed everything. Thank you for doing the right thing. Everyone was nice.
Got a great deal today. Our salesman, Nathanael, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased with our purchase and will definitely go back when a new mattress is needed.
