Store wasn’t set to close until 6 and they locked the doors at 5:30. Missed out on a guaranteed sale. Update your hours if you’re too lazy to work until close.
I had a very good experience at mattressfirm! I walked in and let Isaiah know what I was looking for and he was able to make a recommendation that not only fit my needs but also one that was priced lower than I thought it would be. I am very satisfied. Thank you!
Isaiah’s ability to connect with my wife and I was exceptional. He listened to what we needed and he guided us to the option that worked for our needs. We left feeling heard and valued. We would come back as a customer because of Isaiah.
Nate was very knowledgeable and personable. Very enjoyable experience.
Nate was an Awsome dude, he made it very simple and clear, it was a very good experience I would recomend 10/10.
