Very happy with my experience with Mattress Firm and particularly Syed! I initially told him I was there only for information, he was so helpful, not pushy at all. A few days later my husband and I went in and ordered our new mattresses and adjustable bed frames. We couldn't be happier. She'd was great to follow-up and make sure everything went smoothly.
