BILL IS THE BEST! (He is at the Mall Road location in Florence in front of Kroger) Ask for him by name! If he's not in, come back when he is, because out of the MANY mattress stores I visited over the last month, I learned that it's important to have this kind of person helping you. Went to this location with the plan to shop around at other places but Joseph Guelfi found us such a great mattress at such an awesome price that our decision was a no-brainer we had to get it. It was deilver the next day and we love it and all of our praise goes to Joe.

Came to this location with what we wanted in mind. Told the manager Kelly B. What is was we was looking for. She pointed us to exactly what we was looking for, and within our budget. Pretty sure if our budget allowed she could have sold us the store.

My salesman, Mike Dennis, was very nice. I usually run at the first sign of a pushy salesman, but Mike was very nice and let my mom and I run around the store and try all the beds and pillows. He laughed along with us. He told us the good points of all the beds, and did not talk up any of the expensive ones. I walked away with a very reasonably priced and super comfortable Serta Icomfort temptouch, a pillow, and a mattress chilling skin.
