Kevin provided excellent assistance in helping me find a pillow that met my needs. I have problems with the discs in my neck and he listened when I described the issues I was having. He made sure we found a bed with a mattress similar to mine to test pillows on and enthusiastically brought pillow after pillow to me to try. Excellent products and Outstanding customer service! This is the 4th bedding store I have been to and happy recommend Mattress Firm and this location.
