Philip was very nice, helpful and patient with me. I could not afford much but he helped me find a good quality mattress and helped with financing.

3 stars because I'm giving benefit of doubt before a solution comes about. I purchased a mattress, frame, and the disposal of my old mattress. Upon the arrival of the movers, when they lifted up my old mattress to take down my old bedframe, they layed the mattress against my expensive TV (which visibly tipped back the TV and had it pressed against the wall at a rough angle) for the entire duration setting up the new bed which I estimate to be about 15 minutes.
