We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mattress Firm, and a huge part of that was because of our salesman Andres!! From the moment my partner and I walked in, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive without ever making us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make sure we found something that was perfect for us.
Toby was very helpful and knowledgable.
Andres and Toby was very helpful an found us what we were looking for and a good price! This is my third time to buy from Copperas Cove location. I will continue to shop here an highly recommend Andres or Toby!!! Thanks guys for helping us figure out the best bed that fits our needs!!!
