I ordered a cal. King mattress and protector on line. I received a message from Lori at the five hills location. She looked up my previous purchase and told me I need just a king. She tried to change the order out it had already been locked in. She told me I could bring it to the store and she will have it exchanged for the King. Unfortunately she was not there when I arrived and a gentleman assisted me, unfortunately I did not get his name. I am very pleased with the service and kindness I received
