I went into mattress firm feeling confident about the kind of mattress I wanted initially but Toby was the sales rep working and asked a ton of discovery questions and showed us all the options based on things that we discussed and I ended up getting a different mattress that met my needs better. Toby went the extra mile to make sure that I got just what I was looking for out of a mattress and I’ll definitely be asking for him anytime I go back
If you want a good sales person go see John he very knowledgeable on all his products. Got a really good deal he takes his time and works with you. I love my new bed very comfortable and the base I got I just love it. It’s always worth spending money for a good bed.
The sleep experts was very courteous, attentive and helpful , a completely different experience!
Mr. Toby very helpful. Listen to want your needs were and help point you to the right bed. Would give more then 5 stars if I could.
