hi, my experience with mattress firm was extremely satisfying. Chris, the sales representative in Matt interest manager was extremely helpful. Didn’t push a hard cell and was very informative. I’m currently unable to pick up the mattress and Chris gave me a very good price with discounts and a pick up and take out mattress offer that was extremely reasonable and fair. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I am extremely pleased
