When I bought my new bed, I had a great experience because of the informed & professional help from Penny Smith at the Federal Way store. When the bed arrived there was an issue some frame damage. When I returned to the store, Penny was just as gracious as before and she addressed my concerns in a timely fashion. She is really concerned with guaranteeing a positive experience for ever customer. I've already told friends & family to go there when they need a new bed...

Highly recommend this store. For someone that generally dislikes interacting with salespersons, Penny made the experience painless and easy. Super helpful, never pushy, and continued to show us options until we found the right bed for my son at a great deal.
Matt was extremely helpful and friendly! He helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect mattress set up. I would definitely recommend this store!
