I ordered a mattress online and delivery was being constantly pushed back. I went into the Fairfield location and Nick was immediately on to my problem. He cancelled my online order, processed my refund and then ordered me my mattress there an then for a delivery tomorrow. He literally made my Monday morning!

"All is well that ends well" is true of my experience but getting it to ending well is by design extremely daunting with a warranty claim. Most people will give up first if it was not for the super service and sincere sincere desire to solve your problem from the in store personnel . Gloria greeted us with such a big smile and joy to see us walking in with our 2 young children. My mom called ahead and spoke to Gloria about what options they have for toddler beds.
