**Still Waiting for a Resolution** I’ve now received a damaged mattress THREE times from Mattress Firm - Exton location. Despite multiple delivery attempts, the issue is still unresolved, and it has resulted in significant inconvenience and lost time. After spending over $3,000, it’s more than fair to expect a new, undamaged product without having to repeatedly follow up or manage failed deliveries.
