Rep was patient in helping with testing of mattresses. He listened to our preferences and made appropriate suggestions. When the frame and mattress cover were not what was preferred, he was willing to switch out for a different kind and recommend what would work best for us. Store sales were applied.which brought the product to a very manageable price. Great experience. Suggesting the store carry firm mattresses with pillow top. None on the floor to check out.
