The store was good, but I bought probably the worst mattress I ever bought.I should have checked the other reviews.The first problem was at the store. The mattress was soft, but at my house it was hard as a rock.I tried three nights in a row.I could not sleep on it. I had extremely bad back pain.I had to purchase a mattress topper for it after missing a day of work from the pain.that was an extra $100 I had to spend. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the different beds which made it very easy for me to choose, he was also very patient and understanding and was not pushy.
I had been looking for two new mattresses for several weeks and no one seemed to wanna help me get exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it! I walked into mattress firm, where Jonathan Green to me listen to me and show me exactly what I Wanted it! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and less than a half an hour the deal was made! He also said they were delivering my mattresses when I wanted! Thank you mattress firm for a great experience, especially to Jonathan!
Daniel and Gerry were really helpful. Their knowledge of the product and ability to answer my questions intelligently was definitely a plus.
