Bradly at the Springfield location made a not great situation not horrible. We ordered a bed online and it was out of stock no one called us and I had already got rid of my bed for the day of delivery. When I called Springfield Brad was quick to find out what was going on and find a resolution. Why we didn’t get are original bed we did get an upgraded bed and told if we don’t like it we can get the one we originally ordered when they are back in stock. Thank you for your kindness!!! Much appreciated!
Outstanding experience! Bradley addressed all of our concerns. He suggested numerous mattresses that might fit our needs. We tested several that were within our budget, as well as a few "high end" models. No pressure. Highly informative. We purchased a model toward the top of our budget. Delivery was the next day and went quite smoothly.
Bradley helped us. Other than not having exactly what we wanted in stock, the service and was fantastic. He was professional and provided an extra discount. Way to go!!!!
