We stopped at this Mattress Firm while passing through town and searching for an RV mattress. Ben was super helpful - he went above and beyond.
Twice on the phone and once in-person; Lexus was prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. Having someone tell you what you need to know without excess is much appreciated in any retail store; and here I was treated like I walked into a 5 star restaurant or Mercedes dealership. Very professional and to the point! I wish that all of my purchases could be handled this well! P.S. I was a budget shopper looking for the lowest cost; and they handled it well and with finesse!
Felt pressured, sales person didn't seem to understand the difference between prefer not to spend more than $ amount but willing to spend more and won't go above $amount. Sales person kept stating "you said you didn't want to spend that amount ". We finally just asked her to let us try mattresses without her imput.
