Do not fall for the story that they will find you a comfortable bed if the first doesnt work for you! I am on the 3rd bed and that's it i am stuck with a sterns and foster that is way to soft and uncomfortable! I am an old person with arthritis and now do not know what to do with this horrible mattress! I feel i am trapped on it!! I cant even rollover on it and feel like i am sliding off ! It also feels as if they have given me rejects from others feels as the edge is breaking down already!!!
The salesman it was only one man in the store and he went over and above for me to get a bed that I had decided on from reading reviews on the internet he went over and above to get me this bed as quickly as they did and I've been injured so I desperately needed it. I got it within a couple days and I am so happy with it and I got an adjustable frame that you can adjust the legs. The Mattress Firm store is inviting and laid out well (no pun intended). Ben is very knowledgeable of his product lines and listened carefully to our needs. We found the right bed for us and we could not have had a more pleasant buying experience. Top notch!
The Manager ( Alexis ) at the Coburg way ( Eugene oregon) location was super helpful in helping me find the right mattress. It was an exchange for one that was too plush. 5 stars and highly recommend this location and saved me money with the discounts she applied.
