Bought a mattress, frame, and mattress pad here. We were on the fence about the pad, but the salesperson explicitly said it could be returned if we didn't like it. This was not true, and in fact the (different) salesperson would not accept the return. Apparently no "accessories" can be returned, and their sales staff are not properly trained to know this. So beware--anything other than the mattress itself is not returnable, no matter what they tell you.
