I never post reviews but I had the best experience. This was my first time buying a mattress, after a house flood ruined my last one. Anthony (AJ) at this location was a superstar. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He made it super quick and easy! I was in and out with a new mattress ordered within 30 minutes! Thanks AJ!
Amy who is the store manager was very helpful trying to troubleshoot a mattress that would work with my disability. She had lots of ideas of beds to choose that would be easier for me to get into an out of. She was very patient with us and gave us a lot of attention to make sure our needs were met. It was the best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had!
Once again mattress firm Encinitas exceeds expectations! They answer the phone and solve your issues immediately. You got to love them🩷 Juli helped me and she was amazing
The mattress has not been delivered, so I cannot comment on that, but Amy, who helped me choose the right mattress was great. She was not at all pushy and just pointed out features of each mattress I was interested in.
