Mattress Firm in emeryville was absolutely AMAZING! My husband, mom and I worked with Andy today who was so nice, informative and made us feel super confident in our purchases. After coming from Concord Ashley Home Furniture store where we were given the run around multiple times for over a month, it was so nice to finally work with someone who wanted the best for us.
Customer service rep Debra was great! Wasnt too sure on what i needed when I first came in and Debra provided options to fit my budget.
