We walked into Mattress Firm with a general idea of what we wanted, but needed some guidance and Kendrick delivered just that. He was incredibly knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, and truly listened to our needs. He made sure we felt comfortable while testing different options and helped us confidently find the perfect mattress. The Elmont location provided a great experience, and thanks to Kendrick, we’ll be sleeping like babies! Highly recommend!
