Shopped over Labor Day Weekend. Greeted by Max when we walked in. He took us through all the different options in the Purple Brand. Took his time, answered all our questions, and didn't pressure us when we took a day to consider what we were going to do. Returned the following day and purchased mattress and frame. Everything was delivered yesterday. Delivery guys were great. All in all, happy to have done business there.
Customer service was phenominal the moment I walked in. No pressure sales, but very helpful. Have bought here before, and was my go to place. Two thumbs up.
