Outstanding customer service and there products are incredible. We got more help at Matteres Firm and very knowledgeable with there products. We looked at sleep number 2 doors down and the lady waiting on use had no clue about there beds or prices. If you need a bed goto Matterss Firm. Very polite and they knew there stuff. So we bought a bed set from them.
Max was amazing. Helped my husband and I pick out the perfect bed setup. We were in and out of the store within 30 min. Max made us feel like family. Definitely recommend.

They did everything they could to earn our business, not overly pushy, great communication, they listened to our needs and I didn’t feel pressured to spend more money that what we wanted to spend. The knowledge of the products really help us and the willingness to be very competitive with their pricing and services sold us.
