Donald at Mattress Firm was the best! Friendly and knowledgeable, he understood our needs and our financial situation. He pointed out several mattresses and his vast knowledge of the items he showed us was impressive. He got us an amazing deal and I would highly recommend East Hanover Mattress Firm!
So far, the process of buying a mattress with Alan at MattressFirm, has been great. The price was fair and the service was great. Now, the last step is getting the mattress delivered to my girl's place. I'm sure that will go very well. I'm looking forward to sleeping on a beautiful and comfortable mattress with my better half.
Unfortunately a little disappointed on my most recent experiences with Mattress Firm. Up until my latest experience, I had purchased 10 beds through Donald since about 2020 who was fantastic and I was overwhelmingly satisfied with my experience. We have three young/growing kids and were furnishing a vacation home – hence all the beds.
